API's own Dan Zimbelman is attending the AES 50th Conference on Audio Education in Murfreesboro, Tennessee at Middle Tennessee State University. According to the AES website, "The Audio Engineering Society's first conference dedicated specifically to audio education will focus on teaching methods, instructional resources, learning outcomes, technical operations, areas for research, and similar topics that are relevant to organizations and individuals who provide theoretical and practical training in all areas of audio engineering." MTSU is the proud owner of a 48 channel Vision used in their education program.
API supports audio education by providing the Visionary Scholarship to young audio students and has over twenty consoles in different educational facilities across the US, Canada, Australia, Ecuador and Germany.
