Glen Campbell's See You There features some of his greatest hits which were recorded using API 3124 mic pres. After releasing Ghost in 2011, many thought that a diagnosis of Alzheimer's would make it his last album. Instead, Glen was asked to perform songs like Rhinestone Cowboy and Hey Little One, which was packaged into See You There and released on the Surfdog label August 13th.
"If this is the final studio record from Glen Campbell, I'm hoping more than anything that people are moved by it and have a heightened respect for one of the greatest musicians we've ever had on the planet," says label owner/executive producer Dave Kaplan. "This is not just another collection of hits — it gets to a whole new level of emotion."
