The classic rock band Foreigner has been performing since the mid-1970s, and this month ProSound News reports that the band doesn't go far without API EQs in their arsenal. Recently they performed at The Music Box at the Borgata Hotel, Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, NJ, and API EQs were used as part of their front of house set-up.
The band's FOH engineer Brian Simon says the band has API EQs on various elements of their act, no matter where they perform, "which keeps the mix in the right dynamic range". Foreigner has multiple international hits from throughout their decades-long history, including "Urgent", "Cold as Ice" and "Feels Like the First Time".
