API has just returned from the 2019 NAMM Show in Anaheim, California. There was no shortage of traffic through API's booth as attendees and audio pros from around the world were eager to check out the latest from API.

This was a particularly special NAMM Show for us as 2019 marks API's 50th anniversary. API kicked off our anniversary celebration with the debut of two new limited edition products, the 550A 50th Anniversary Edition EQ and the 312 50th Anniversary Edition Mic Pre, and we rang in the milestone year with a special press event and toast on the first night of the show.

Additionally, there was plenty of buzz around another new product, THE BOX Console, with an updated feature set. Attendees were excited to get a first look at the new console, as well as demo the new 1608-II and 2448 consoles, which API debuted at AES last fall. API's TranZformer Series Guitar and Bass Pedals were also available for demo at the booth and in Delicious Audio's stomp box booth.

To top it off, API's 529 Stereo Compressor, which debuted at last year's NAMM Show, won a 2019 NAMM TEC Award in the Signal Processing Hardware (500 Series Modules) category.

Thanks to all who stopped by our booth and showed their support and enthusiasm for API. If this year's NAMM Show is any indication, we've definitely got a great 2019 ahead of us!
