Every Marylander knows soft-shelled crabs are always a draw, but the real winners of this year's Nashville Engineer Relief Fund's (NERF) annual AudioMasters Benefit Golf Tournament were the participants.
Well over 200 turned out to support Nashville's audio engineers for the tournament's fifteenth year. NERF raises funds to assist Nashville engineers during times of serious health or financial crises. It is a noteworthy cause API has happily supported for the past five years.
Sponsoring the 16th hole for both days of the tournament, API's President Larry Droppa, Director of Sales and Marketing Dan Zimbelman and API Salesman Mark Seman served up soft-shelled crab sandwiches flown in from Maryland's Eastern Shore.
The event culminated with a banquet and silent auction. In lieu of the usual gear donation, API's President Larry Droppa presented NERF with a check for $1000.
