Hello Goodbye. API says hello to the incoming crowd of summer interns.
Nick Haring hails from Arlington, VA by way of the University of Memphis where he's pursuing an undergraduate degree in music recording. Nick spent the summer of 2010 with us as well, so we are glad to have him back for a second year. Guess we didn't hurt him too bad! Welcome back Nick!
Stephen Nimick joins us from the Peabody Conservatory at Johns Hopkins. He's a graduate student finishing up a degree in music recording. His class toured API last October, and he was so impressed he applied for an internship. Hello, Stephen!
T.J. Callahan will be jumping onboard the API intern train later in the summer. He's an undergraduate at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York working on a degree in mechanical engineering. Hello, T.J.!
Kathleen Garman returns for another fun-filled summer at API. She's a recent high school graduate with a 4.0 GPA and bound for the University of Maryland in the fall. Hello, Kathleen!
Sadly, it can't always be hello. API says good-bye to super intern Sara Brown.
Sara recently graduated with a master's in audio sciences from the Peabody Conservatory at Johns Hopkins. She'll be spending her summer jetting around the country teaching high school students college level mechanical engineering courses. After that the sky's the limit for this audio mechanical wiz. Snap her up before she's gone, gone, gone. Good-bye, Sara!
