API is currently moving half a dozen 32 channel 1608 consoles through our production line, along with several 16 channel 1608s. These consoles are being sold by domestic dealers such as Vintage King, Dale Pro Audio, Alto Music, and Westlake Pro, as well as international dealers like MBS Pro Audio in Poland, Mix Wave in Japan, and more.

Sales of 1608 consoles, both 16 and 32 channel versions, continue to extend into record territory. "The factory is accommodating the extra sales, but just barely," said API Managing Director Gordon Smart. "Our normal three week turnaround time for a 1608 is being extended to four weeks, and in some cases five."
