Studio 270 is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a brand new API Legacy Plus. The studio recently installed the fully-automated 48 channel console alongside its' large recording room with 9ft piano, 3 iso booths, 100+ microphones and an array of outboard gear.

"Producers and engineers all agree that finally the city has a fine API console to track or mix indie projects in a friendly relaxed atmosphere," said Francois Hamel, co-owner of Studio 270. "It's the only recording studio on a 6000 sq foot floor, hence no bumping into the producer you hate going to the washroom. As one client said, it's like at home, you can leave your wallet next to the espresso machine and it will still be there the next day!"
